Design agreement. After learning about what you want to accomplish, this service involves a minimal upfront cost and allows us to demonstrate the value we could add to the rest of your project. At the end of this service, you will have a picture of our proposed design and a layout plan.

Short plan. If after seeing our design and plan you are comfortable moving forward with construction, 3W design, inc. will take the agreed-upon estimate and assemble your team of skilled craftsmen to make the design a reality. This service requires a small, upfront retainer. Unlike an interior designer, we stick with the project until the paint has dried and the last knob has been installed.

Hourly engagement. We have found that some of our clients want to provide some of the project deliverables themselves. Others are just more comfortable using our expertise ad hoc. For these individuals and others, providing services at a predetermined hourly rate - with time use reports delivered regularly - is the better way to go.
