Inspired by design from a young age Lea spent some 20 years designing advertising & marketing campaigns for name brand consumer products. Following the opportunity to remodel and redesign several homes, she opted to focus her design energy on spaces rather than campaigns. One project led to another, a degree from NYIAD, and a new career designing and curating inspiring and welcoming spaces. Although beautiful is always fantastic, it’s the combination of function and beauty that makes a space really special, and what gets Lea most enthused about a project. Lea is a member of the NH Home Builders Association, the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and the Concord Garden Club, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for The Concord Family YMCA.

Designing for nearly twenty years, Beth has spent the last ten focused primarily on Kitchen and Bath Design. She studied business management at Keene State College and Interior Design at Hesser College. Beth loves working on older homes and has a flair for marrying older architecture with new design ideas to create a seamless and contemporary look that complements the history of the home. She finds it important to listen to and get to know her clients and how they live in order to create a space that truly delivers the result they want to achieve.
Her love of design began at a young age while living in a large, historic home. While Beth creates amazing spaces for her clients, she always seems to be buying, renovating and selling a house too. Beth is a member of the Hopkinton Woman’s Club and Rotary Club of Hopkinton and is also a licensed Realtor. When she isn’t designing or volunteering, she is planning her next international adventure.
Part of the 3W design, inc. team for 12 years, Jolene is a highly skilled operations and financial manager who loves working with clients, designers, and contractors to make sure everyone’s needs are met. Jolene has a Business Management Degree from Keene State College, and her organizational and logistic skills keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. When she is not overseeing business planning, product orders or showroom and vendor operations, she can be found spending time with her family or enjoying quiet time reading a book.
Since its inception in 1988, Cheryl’s vision for bridging the gap between design and construction has kept 3W design inc. on the cutting edge in the New Hampshire community. Experienced in all aspects of design and renovation, Cheryl holds three designations from the National Association of Home Builders (CGR - Certified Graduate Remodeler, CAPS - Certified Aging in Place Specialist, CGP - Certified Green Professional). Cheryl has served as past President of the Concord Local NH Home Builders Association and is active member of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Executive Board for The Boys & Girls Club of Central NH and as a member of the Board of Directors for The Crisis Center of Central NH. Most importantly, Cheryl loves working with clients to put together a design scheme and construction schedule that fits their needs, much like piecing together a jigsaw puzzle without the picture.
